At the end of October Tonghua Dongbao Pharmaceutical Co Ltd celebrated the opening ceremony of its new Factory for the manufacture of Insulin Cystals in the province of Jilin (China), to which numerous Government and local authorities attended.

In 2006, the CEO Dr Li, took the decision to convert Dongbao in a reference company in the biotechnological sector, and more concretely in the production of Insulin Crystals.  This meant launching a project that had the capacity of not only covering the local market but also being able to export to tough markets like the European and American ones. For this, it was necessary to build new high capacity installations  with innumerable new technology that could provide the final product with an exceptionally high quality, thus being able to comply with the International Normative GMP and FDA.

For this project, Dongbao trusted in TPRO as a Technological Partner, thanks to its "know how", experience and capacity in the development of these types of projects of great expanse

This first phase of the project counts on 10.000m2 that includes a multitude of constructive elements of the last generation.  TPRO has developed the critical installations that correspond to the architecture and treatment of air (HVAC) from the detailed engineering to the operational performance of the installations.      

The work of the Donbao and TPRO teams has possibly made the installations of Dongbao the largest, the most innovative and advanced of all Asia.
